- Digital Posture Analysis
- Report of Findings
- Recommendation of care (if indicated)
If X-rays are required they are taken on site and covered by Medicare Adjustments (treatments) if indicated are $70.

Before you begin your care in our centre, there is a small amount of paperwork to complete. Once you have made your appointment, save yourself some time and fill this out at home or work. You may also collect these forms in person by visiting our centre.
